# Unflown > Unflown watches the flights you book. When the fare drops, it claims the difference from the airline on the same booking, keeps the credit in your wallet with its code and expiry date, and reminds you before it runs out. Tracking is free; Unflown is paid only when a claim succeeds. Key facts: - What it is: a flight price drop monitor that also makes the claim with the airline, plus a wallet for airline credits, gift cards and award certificates (such as hotel free nights). Unflown is invite-only for now; anyone can request an invite on the home page. - How bookings get in: you set up your email to forward airline confirmations to trips@getunflown.com. Unflown never asks for airline or hotel logins and has no access to your inbox. - How claims work: with your permission, Unflown acts as your agent, only on the bookings you add. It asks for the same flight on the same booking, and if an airline needs a cancel and rebook, Unflown asks you first. - Which flights: flights booked directly with United, American, Delta or Southwest, on fares that can be changed without a fee. Basic Economy, Southwest's Basic fares, award tickets and bookings made through travel sites or card portals can't be adjusted. Any other flight can be added too: Unflown watches its fare and tells you when it drops. The wallet tracks credits from any brand. - Pricing: free for unlimited credits, gift cards and certificates, household sharing and expiry reminders. For a credit Unflown claims for you, the fee is 15% of that credit, charged once the airline issues it, and $0 if a claim doesn't succeed. - What it isn't: not a travel agency, doesn't sell tickets, and isn't affiliated with any airline or hotel. Unflown never sells your data or uses it for ads. ## Pages - [Unflown home](https://getunflown.com/): what Unflown does, how it works, the app, how claims work, pricing and the FAQ - [Full text of the home page](https://getunflown.com/llms-full.txt): the same content as plain Markdown, including every FAQ answer ## Optional - [Terms](https://getunflown.com/terms.html): plain-language terms, including what you authorize when Unflown acts for you, and how fees work - [Privacy](https://getunflown.com/privacy.html): what Unflown collects, why, who it is shared with, and your choices
